- How do I Register?
In the homepage click on the New User link in the Log In Box. The new user link will open up a registration page where you will have to enter personal details like First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Email address, postal address etc.. You can also register using the link mentioned below

- Is registration process mandatory to buy books online?
Yes! Only registered users can buy books online. We maintain details of our registered users in a secure database to send them regular communications.
- How can I change my password?
After logging in to your account click on the My Account Info link in the homepage to find the option change my account password. Select this option to enter the current password and the new password, and click on continue to save the new password. The new password will be effective from the next log in.
Note: The personal information provided can be changed/updated by you only with the options available under My Account Info tab. Find the options mentioned below:
- My Account Info
- Edit My Account Information
- Edit Address Book
- View my order history
- Product Notification
- Log Off
Select the options which you want to update/ change and continue.
- What are the modes of payment?
You can make your payment only through the use of Credit Card.
Once the shopping is finished click on Pay Now button to make the payment by following three simple steps. The option will take you through the stages mentioned below.
Delivery information -> Payment Information -> Confirmation -> Finished.
On successful completion of the payment module, a mail will be sent confirming the order placed. The shipment process begins once we receive the payment.
Note: The currency supported is only Indian Rupees. In case you don’t have a credit card, you can send in a Demand Draft (DD) along with your Order Details (Name of Book, Number of Copies) as well as your Personal Details (Name, shipping Address, Contact Number, and Email Address) to IMS Publications

The DD should be Payable to IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd. The shipment occurs on receipt of the financial instrument by IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd.
- How and when are books shipped?
We take tremendous effort to pack the items you order so that they reach you safely in very good condition. Our regular methods of shipping are Registered Book Post, Air Mail, Courier, Speed Post etc. depending on your location and requirements. Books are generally shipped within one day to five days of receiving payment, and if there is some delay, we let you know the status immediately. Please note that delay and damages caused during transit is beyond the purview of IMS Learning Resource Pvt. Ltd. and hence cannot be guaranteed / warranted against.
As a policy, we use premier courier companies to ship your books as priority service. The courier services are only limited to India. However, in India too, there are some areas to which the services of the above courier companies do not extend. In such an event, the books are shipped through the best possible alternatives. After an order is placed, your order status along with shipping details is e-mailed to you.
- Can I gift an order?
Yes, registered users can gift orders to anyone and anywhere in India. Please mention the gift receiver’s shipping address in the payment module.
- How can I search for the titles?
You can use the Quick Find option which facilitates quick search. This search would show results that match search strings specified by you. If you want to refine your search, we recommend the use of Advance Search option.
- Can I select a set of books and make a payment for all at once?
Yes, we have a cart or shopping basket which facilitates this. You can keep shopping and adding to the cart by just clicking on the Buy option. Once you click on the Buy option, you are taken to a new page displaying the details of books added to the shopping basket. This will help you to buy more than one book and make the payment at the end. You can also buy more than one copy of the same title by specifying the number in the quantity field of the shopping basket. Once you are through with shopping, click on the Pay Now option and continue with the payment module.
- Should I buy all titles present in the shopping basket?
It is not mandatory to buy every title present in the shopping basket. You can delete the titles you don’t wish to buy by clicking the check box next to the title and then clicking on the Update button. Select the Pay Now button to continue with the payment module.
- Can I return the order?
No, we do not accept returns of any orders because of delay, damage or other reasons once it has been paid for. It is beyond our service purview.
- Whom do I contact in case I face any issues while accessing the website or to send a feedback?
